At INTO YOU Cosmetics, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for unused and unopened products in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the packing slip along with your Return Authorization details.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned products, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
